Our Policies

A non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be asked to pay 50% of the cancelled service.

After 3 consecutive cancellations, any future appointments will require a non refundable payment in full prior to service.


"No shows" or appointments that are missed without any notice, will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking. 


Services for clients arriving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time or asked to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No exceptions will be made due to traffic or any other personal emergency. 

Late Arrivals

Prices listed online are starting prices and are subject to change without notice. All pricing is a la carte to ensure that clients do not pay for services they haven’t received

If there's ever a time you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment and we will do everything in our power to find a solution. 

Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services performed and per manufacturer's policies all extension sales are final

Pricing & Payments

 The suites are a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled guests. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointments. It may result in having to reschedule your appointment and forfeiting your deposit.

No children are permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals.
